Install
- Open the disk image from the license email.
- Drag MacSentinel to Applications.
- Open the application and enter the license.
If macOS asks you to confirm
- A notarized build opens with a double-click.
- If Gatekeeper reports that the developer cannot be verified, open System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and choose Open Anyway.
- You can also right-click the application, choose Open, and confirm.
Refunds
Thirty days from purchase, for any reason. Email support from the address on the order and include the order reference. The license is revoked when the refund is issued.
Moving a seat
Pro Duo covers two Macs. Personal covers one. When you retire a machine, email support and name that Mac. The seat is reassigned.
Before cleanup
Keep a current backup. Cleanup places removed files in the Trash. Empty the Trash only after you have confirmed the result.
