License agreement

Grant

A paid order grants a non-exclusive license to run MacSentinel Pro on the number of Macs purchased. Personal is one Mac. Pro Duo is two. A seat may be moved off a machine you no longer use by writing to support.

Updates

The license includes updates within version 1. It does not include a later major version and it does not renew.

Restrictions

You may not resell the application, publish the paid download, or rent seats. You may not represent the software as a product of Apple Inc. Reverse engineering is permitted only where applicable law does not allow this restriction.

Your files

You are responsible for backups before cleanup. Removed files are placed in the Trash. Restoring them depends on the Trash not having been emptied.

Warranty

The application is licensed as commercial software for the uses described on this store. The thirty-day refund in the terms of sale is the remedy if you do not want to keep the license. Where the law requires a non-excludable guarantee, that guarantee applies.
